She hasn't had the most stable life, which is why her uncle thought bringing her to Ellisville with her mother's problems was the right idea. She was the rebel child back in Nashville and went to private school, so her world has been turned upside down by her move to Ellisville, a town where she has spent part of every summer since she was born. She feels like her life is over moving to such a small town compared to where she came from, and she doesn't want to end up stuck in the town, which is what she thinks of most people there.
Ariana has been in town for about two months out of every year until she showed up at the beginning of summer, so she'll have some childhood friends, and at least be acquaintances with some of her cousin's friends. She's a cheerleader and likes to go out to parties, so the people who share those interests are the ones she would become friends with. She is the kind of girl who likes to surround herself with a lot of friends, so there will be a lot of these. Some may just be the people she'll talk to while in the hallway at school, while she'll also have a few very close friends that they share everything.
Ariana's love life is complicated. She was in one relationship in Nashville with a guy on the football team, and they were the couple that seemed like they had it all together, but after she was raped by one of his coaches Ariana became distant, eventually leading to their break up in the spring. She doesn't exactly trust guys, which makes it difficult to get close to her. She thinks that all any guy wants is to sleep with her, so if someone wants to get close to her, they are going to have to work very hard. She has the occasional one-night-stand, but doesn't ever let a guy get close enough to really get to know her.
As for enemies, Ariana isn't going to have too many of them immediately, because she's barely been in the town, but she can have them. She may have rivals from school, or someone she's wronged at some point in her time in Ellisville, or possibly girls who don't like someone new showing up in their small town.
