Good morning! As you may or may not know, this is not the only site I run, and so for ti to be successful, I know I need some help with things like day-to-day admin work and advertising, so I have decided to open up a few staff spots to find some committed help. The one thing I ask for with anyone applying for these spots is that you have at least one character with at least one IC post, not including technology. Here is what I am looking for:
Co-Admin (2)
As a co-admin I expect a few things. In addition to being active, I would like someone who can be only daily, or at least near daily, but I understand that life happens, and of course if you're on vacation or something I don't expect that. As a co-admin you would be expected to do the same things I do. This means accept/pend/reject applications, sort member groups, help guests and members with questions, advertise on seven sites a week, and remain an active member. I also really like to have co-admins who like to collaborate to create site events and have ideas of their own to make the site better.
Advertising Mod
As an advertising mod you are responsible for the advertising board. This means linking back and checking ads to be sure our ad is up, as well as doing some advertising yourself. I ask that you advertise on fourteen sites a week (2 a day or all in one day or however you split it), and remain an active member.
